Our service runs smoothly when residents follow simple placement rules. The following conditions constitute a violation — items we will not collect and will document in your service report.

Maintaining resident compliance protects your property, our workers, and the quality of service for every unit on the route. When a violation occurs, we log it, photograph it when appropriate, and include it in your property's service report.

We recommend distributing these guidelines to residents during onboarding and lease renewals. Properties with clear resident communication consistently see fewer violations and a smoother overall experience.

Container Policy For sanitation and service efficiency, trash must be placed in a proper container (13–20 gallon, lidded preferred). Loose bags set directly on the floor without a container are not serviced and will be flagged as a violation.

Sofas, chairs, bed frames, tables, and similar oversized items are outside the scope of standard service and will not be collected. Bulk item removal must be arranged separately.
